    • The Diamond Harbour Ferry transports between Lyttelton and Diamond Harbour
    • Locals and tourists can use the ferry service that takes around 8 minutes to complete
    • The ferry departs at least once an hour during the day

    • The TranzAlpine departs from Christchurch at 8.15am, arriving at its final destination Greymouth at 1.05pm

    • Take a trip to Hanmer Springs, where you can relax  in one of the world’s greatest thermal escapes.
    • To get there, take bus service HC8616, which departs at 8.50am and arrives 11.00am
    • Once you reach the township, there are daily shuttles running to and from Mount Lyford and Hanmer Springs Ski Area
